What's Happening Now?



Today is National Ice Cream Day! National Ice Cream Day is a day created by Ronald Reagan in 1984 to celebrate one of America's favorite desserts! Ice cream was created in 1777 in Baltimore by Jacob Fussel and it has come a long with way with its various flavors since its creation. The most well known and still a favorite today is old fashioned vanilla ice cream. Just about any taste can be coverted to an ice cream flavor. Some of the most unusual flavors today range from cake batter, corn, and grapefruit to caramel guacamole and strawberry basil. YUM!!! In honor of National Ice Cream Day...do your part and get your lick on!!
