CreativeKidzPlay Arts Enrichment Program is well underway! This week marks the end of the visual art component where students created art work using oil pastels, clay, acrylic paint, finger paints, and wood.
As we close out each component, a professional from our four week component comes to visit and speak with students about his or her career and shows their creative work. So many children are interested in the arts field but actually meeting a person who can give them advice and direction on how to get their own careers off to a solid start is an added treat of the CreativeKidzPlay Arts Enrichment Program.
Our featured guest for the visual arts component was Maurice Evans, an artist, filmaker, and musician. Thank you Mr. Evans for taking the time to share your experiences and work with the participants of our arts program.
